Sales Support Specialist Turkey
 
Sales Support is a member of the Commercial and Sales Support Team, and together we are accountable for meeting the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales goals of the company. The team will support the Commercial Manager(s) in all questions relating to contracts, products and procedures.
 
A key responsibility is to ensure that the company policies and procedures are adhered.
The team is in contact with all company departments and our external customers and is in a strong position to influence their satisfaction; this position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
 
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                                     
 
Sales support:                                                                                                                      
  • Be addressee for the Commercial Hub Manager and Key Account Executives in Turkey and coordinate requests with the Sales Support Team in Ettlingen, Germany
  • Close collaboration with CEMA marketing manager
  • Ensure compliance with processes, policies and procedures.
  • Monitor promotional expenses and ensure processing and payments in compliance with existing policies (purchasing and sponsorship policies and OEC guidelines) and regulations (EUCOMED, MEDTECH EUROPE).
  • To give administrative support for the organization of national, international and specific congresses, symposiums, meetings and events
  • Order process: coordinate CS, Supply Chain, AR open account situation, regulatory and legal issues on open orders and quarter end situation. Keep close contact with the Sales Support Team in Ettlingen, Germany and the customer Service Team in Dublin Ireland on all order issues.
  • Collect forecast Information and Stock Reports from distributor and forward to the Sales Support Team in Ettlingen, Germany.
  • Assist to the commercial manager for organizing meetings, travels and expense reports
Regulatory:                                                                                                                          
  • Support and work closely with the Regulatory Department Ettlingen, Germany for Territory Turkey, and JnJ Local regulatory people & 3rd party consulting company when necessary
  • Requesting regulatory Documents from RA Ettlingen, Germany; Maintain Turkish Regulatory Database
  • Arrange for Notarization and Legalization of Documents via relevant authorities
  • Close follow up on regulatory and reimbursement environment in Turkey, and to coordinate necessary actions to comply regulations and business needs continuously
Quality:                                                                                                                     
Act as the point of contact for quality defects, customer complaints related to product defects, and manage them as per the Non-Conformance process. Also, open CAPA’s (Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions) where necessary.
 
Responsible at coordinating communication at quality and vigilance issues
 

Nitelikler
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in customer service and support in Medical Devices sector

  • Previous experience in regulation in Turkey, UTS and Medula

  • Ability to multitask efficiently

  • Good command of MS Office programs

  • Previous experience working in an international environment, preferably at a multinational company

  • Good interpersonal (team player), communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Flexibility of approach and able to embrace regular change
  • Resides in Istanbul
