Roles and Responsibilities:
◇Lead the creation of financial reconciliation file:
oExtract relevant data from both enterprise and local systems
oRequest baseline (manual) data from business partners/users that are needed to prepare the financial reconciliation
oPool data together and determine issues/variances that require resolution by business owners and/or HCC team
oSend the financial reconciliation file to business owners, with copy to HCC team, and highlight the issues variances that need to be resolved. Follow up resolution of the issues/variances.
oAfter all the variances are resolved, regenerate financial reconciliation file and create transparency report.
◇Liaise with the HCC and business in:
oresolving any variances identified in the financial reconciliation
oreview and approval of transparency reports.
•Generate HCP-level report when requested by any HCP. This report provides information or details about the value transfers made by the company to the HCP.
•Assist in the release of communication materials as part of any transparency reporting information awareness campaign to employees and contractors.
•This is not an exhaustive, comprehensive listing of job functions. May perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Asia-Pacific Transparency Reporting, after due consultation with the HCC Officers.
◇Education and Experience:
•College degree is required; Bachelor’s degree holder may be preferred. Graduate of any business courses or Bachelor of Arts
•Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in data preparation and reporting
•Experience in health care industry of Japan and/or South Korea is preferred
•Experience working in a multi-national environment is preferred
•Change management experiences are preferred
◇Required Technical Competencies:
•Quantitative analytical or statistical skills
•Experience in metrics and data analytics, dealing with high volume of data
•Strong skills in Excel (Pivot tables, Macros (preferred), graphs, etc.) and knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Must be proficient in Japanese and Korean language. Ability to converse in the English language is preferred.
•Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
