The Customer Service Enablement Trainer is responsible for delivering and/or facilitating customer service training across the EMEA Customer Service organization.

This individual will identify gaps in organizational skills and training requirements.

  • Provides support and instructional design for the development of training materials and content for onboarding, technologies training, processes, soft skills, markets, workstation practices, safety, product training and documentation
  • Delivers onboarding, ongoing and ad-hoc training to customer service community across EMEA region
  • Facilitates and administrates tests/evaluations/training requirements for participants
  • Assists in interpretation and explanation of documents such as technical data, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Researches relevant resources as needed (internal, external, online)
  • Raises awareness of training, personal development and learning opportunities for customer service teams
  • Collects data and compiles request from customer groups on training needs, progress, and other relevant topics
  • Proofreads and updates training materials as required in cooperation with customer service operations.
  • Collects data on training evaluation and metrics for continuous improvement of training standard


  • University Degree or Equivalent
  • 2-4 years’ relevant experience in training or learning and development + experience with customer service as an advantage
  • Fluent English – high proficiency in written and oral communication
  • Good knowledge of MS Office – proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Dynamic and energetic individual with great presentation skills
  • Able to make quick decisions and be flexible in a fast changing environment
  • Self-driven, proactive approach and passionate about training
