Over the past two decades, several business units have been established within the legal entity of Cilag GmbH International, creating a diverse, international organization with over 950 employees. 

The HR Administration team is providing broad services to our 7’000 employees across Switzerland. 

For our team in Zug, we’re now looking for an

HR Administration Specialist

  • Contract generation and distribution (Employment contracts and Addemdums, Other Agreements, Transfer Letters as well as Interim and Final Reference Letters)
  • Analyzing and maintaining employee benefits (e.g. transportation and child care allowances) in Workday 
  • Close collaboration with business partners as well as other HR stakeholders (e.g. Payroll, ER/LR, T&A) 
  • Analyzing data accuracy on a regular basis and providing reports to different stakeholders
  • Identifying process gaps, driving changes, adapting procedures and guidelines

Qualifications
  • Commercial Education and Swiss-related HR experience 
  • Further Education in HR is advantageous
  • Good communication skills in German and English (verbal and written), French or Italian language skills are an advantage
  • Self-organized team player with a great eye for details
  • Target-oriented and sustainable communication with all level of seniority
  • IT affinity (MS-Office especially Excel, Workday would be a plus)
