Due to a recent promotion, an opportunity has become available for a National Business Manager to join our Oncology team with a focus on Heamatology. This position requires a passionate professional with a proven track of success in building strong relationships and achieving high levels of engagement. 

Reporting to the Business Unit Director, the key focus of the role is to achieve business results in their designated region by working through their sales team with the goals of contributing to optimal patient outcomes, increasing customer awareness, knowledge and understanding on the company/product/services, and building strong partnerships. This is a full-time permanent role and can be based either at our Sydney or Melbourne offices. 

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Understanding strategies & complete all tactics for business unit from a sales (management) perspective, thus contributing to achievement of overall objectives. 
  • Ensures development and implementation of quality plans for accounts across the region.
  • Proactively works with direct reports to establish development plans, supports implementation and reviews plans regularly. 
You will be required to work with the Business Unit Director on the development of overall business plan, sales strategy and budget, as well as provide inputs into the organisation’s strategic planning process.

  • Relevant degree-level qualifications (MBA or further qualifications will also be highly regarded)
  • Extensive Sales Management experience within the Pharmaceutical/Medical/Healthcare industry
