For the Training organization in Hägendorf/Balsthal (SO), we are looking for a 

Training Coordinator (fixed term contract for 6 months)

your responsibilities:
  • Administers and maintains the LMS and its use to deploy training programs, training history and training requirements across the company/sites.
  • Verifies data entry and hard copy training records to ensure data is
  • Responsible for preparing training reports and results as required by management
  • Consult with management, employees, and departments to identify training needs, address them and achieve the end result of effective training solutions.
  • Ensures in cooperation with management/supervisor that all assigned personnel have training/documents assigned in order to carry out job duties and responsibilities.
  • Creates new training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts as required within the training determination
  • Coordinates class arrangements, facilities, and needed resources for training programs.
  • Organizes and delivers materials such as participant manuals, tent cards, visual aids for all workshops.
  • Identifying appropriate trainer to conduct training sessions i.e. quality system related topics across the company
  • Summarize training program assessment data and participant attendance reports and submits or presents to management.
  • Supports and represents the training process/department during audits/inspections.
  • Presents/reports training metrics/indicators to monitor training effectiveness against needs of the business.
  • Executes assigned APs and EMs related to department-specific CAPAs
  • Communicates and escalates issues to the next management level as needed
  • Performs any other task as required by Training Manager

  • 3 to 4 years working experienceis required
  • Experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Experience in Quality Systems process development, support, integration or enhancement is preferred
  • Experience in Project Management is preferred
  • Experience working in an FDA and/or European regulatory environment is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Interpersonal skills / characteristics:
  • Ability to clarify and summarize regulatory documents into formats to execute trainings
  • A thorough understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)/ISO (International Organization for Standardization) regulations is preferred.
