Customer Development Manager – E Commerce Channel

- To work with the Regional team and local BAM team to develop e-commerce strategies for direct customers, E Distributors, E-tailers.
- To deploy the company’s marketing plan in E-Commerce channel (monthly basis)
- To work with internal stakeholders, e.g. Digital Marketing team, BAM team, Customer Development team, Finance and Supply Chain team.
- Lead to develop E-Commerce Account Plan with key e-tailer accounts and work closely with regional E-Com team to develop a strategic growth plan for E-Com channel
- Accountable for new platforms expansion and new business opportunity to partner with e-retailers and platforms
- Manage day-to-day operation including E Distributor Inventory Management
- Monitor, track and analyze sales performance and trade spend with key accounts and conduct regular performance reviews
- Work with Key Accounts to develop Joint Business Plan and Scorecard
- Experience in Online Revolution Campaign Management
- Constantly seek for new opportunity to build company portfolio via online platform.
- Min 3 years’ experience in E Commerce and key account management
- Good understanding of E Commerce operating model and market trend
- Experience / familiar with FMCG products
- Familiar with E Commerce ecosystem & infrastructure
