For our consumer segment, Johnson&Johnson S.P.A, we are looking for candidates to be hired as Project Manager.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading Life Cycle Management projects in the EMEA Region: BCPs, CIP, Remediation/Formulation work, Transfer Technology, Regulatory projects. The role will lead cross-functional teams (e.g. GTO, GP, Quality, CMC, Planning, Logistics, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to successfully deliver projects starting from the definition through to introduction into the market.
1. Lead overall project execution and accountable for achieving project goals on time. This includes:
• Project definition/Due Diligence/Business Case Preparation
• Project planning
• Leading cross functional teams through each phase of the project
• Coordinating all activities to ensure project remains on track
• Monitoring and managing risks and opportunities
• Budget preparation and cost tracking with any required tools
• Liaising, agreeing, involving and communicating all aspects of the project with senior management
2. Lead Process & Governance - Enable the fluid evaluation and approval of LCM projects within EMEA. Lead, Identify, communicate, and resolve key issues with executive sponsors or key managers. Provide ongoing status communications to all levels of the organization.



- Bachelors in Physical Sciences, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or appropriate related field
- 4+ years’ experience in related field in Pharma/OTC industry
- 3 years’ experience managing cross-functional expertise (R&D, Marketing, Packaging development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Procurement)
- 4+ years of Project Management experience (managing pharma product tech transfer/reformulation)
- Experience with leadership and conflict resolution
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of team dynamics
- Broad business acumen with knowledge of project related finance
- Knowledge of planning and organization
- Experience within Pharma/OTC industries, processes and terminology
- Fluent in English oral and written 
- Expert in MS Project, Good Power point skills and Excel.
Desired or Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
- Project Management Professional (PPM) and APICs Certificate are a plus
- Master Degree in technical or management field a plus
- Highly effective knowledge of organizational & business acumen. The program will a high level of visibility with upper management / boards, and therefore requires good skills in rhetoric, presentation and cross functional stakeholder management
