For our Engineering Team in Switzerland we are looking for a highly committed:


Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering leadership and strategic direction for the cluster of plants in areas of process engineering, maintenance, capital projects, new product introductions, and innovation management
  • Lead and shape multisite teams of engineers and technicians
  • Develop technology strategy and roadmaps to maintain competitive manufacturing advantage
  • Implement manufacturing processes for new products
  • Manage product transfers between manufacturing facilities
  • Develop and maintain an environment of continuous improvement and process excellence
  • Manage expense and capital budgets per strategic plans and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance in all aspects of Environmental, Health and Safety per company standards and local regulations
  • Promote a quality-focused culture within the global engineering team, ensuring adherence to cGMP’s and Quality Systems as defined in the Quality Manual.

  • A minimum of Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
  • An advanced degree such as MBA, MSc/PhD in Engineering or related disciplines is desirable.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Manufacturing environment, preferably in regulated industry. A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with people responsibility.
  • At least 5 years of experience in areas of operations, process engineering, maintenance and project management
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities – demonstrate ability to form, motivate, and inspire teams
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of manufacturing process development and validation
  • Experience in following manufacturing processes/technologies is desirable: CNC machining, electrochemical surface treatment, automation, industry 4.0.
  • Must demonstrate strong technical, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of German is desirable.
