[Responsibility]

Part A:  Definition

1) Responsible for driving profitable growth by focusing on core strategies and cultivating business partnerships within e-commerce industry.

2) Manages sales on the assigned e-retailers (open-market /GMM/ social commerce).

3) Meets or exceeds established sales goals through the implementation of e-sales activities.

 

Part B:   Principal Responsibilities

1) Prioritizes e- Business sales activities as objectives to make shoppers choose J&J products over competitors’ by seamless execution of e-CD fundamental; Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising and Pricing.

2) Develops Plan and KPI / JBP(Joint business plan) by e-retailer (e-bay Korea, 11st) in line with their goal (I.e different assortment, merchandising, promotion, NPD)

3)Successfully manages J&J official vendors to build strategic partnership with customers and enhances visibility to shopper thru AD and various merchandizing tool.

4) Develops and implements Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams; e-Marketing  and e-Trade marketing.

5) Collects and utilizes all necessary marketing information to make shopper centric e- marketing campaigns to increase company products presence with e-retailers.

6) Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased

7) Productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.

8) Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.

9) Works closely with channel manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.

 

 

[Requirements]

1) Bachelor’s degrees or above.

2) Minimum 5~ 7 years’ experience in Consumer goods business are preferred

3) Basic understanding of marketing & business planning

4) Driver’s license

5) Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

6) Good inter-personal relationship

7) Proactive & positive & innovative mind

8) Good communication & negotiation skill

9) Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

10) MS Office skill s (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
