Inventory Analyst
Location: Prague
Full-time permanent contract

Responsibilities:
  • Process and investigate Sales orders through Financial statuses (invoice print and sales update booking to the ledgers), which went into error due to finance, technical & business reasons
  • Booking of corrections of orders, that were wrongly processed to simulate the correct impact
  • Preparation of Intercompany Netting (documents for payment) by closing respective invoices per month and discuss with senior members of the team any discrepancies or issues appeared
  • Creation of related Intercompany orders based on finance matrix
  • Raising IT tickets related to issues with orders and their follow-up 
  • Maintain Batch posting revision in JDE 8.12 & SQL and assist with solving errors
  • Prepare accounts reconciliations together with repairing journal entries in order to clean the balances
  • Conduct basic research improving related issues and request schedulers for missing scenarios on a regular basis
  • Update working instructions

Qualifications
  • Finance & Accounting background
  • MS Office (advanced MS Excel knowledge required)
  • Experience in working with ERP system
  • Proficient level of written and spoken English
  • Stress resistant – ability to work under pressure
