For our EMEA Headquarter in Zuchwil (CH), we are looking for an ambitious

 

Planning Expert Supply Chain

 

As part of the Global Supply Chain Planning Department you own the planning of variants through the end to end supply chain. You are responsible to identify the potential impact of regulatory changes on the supply chain, define and lead the appropriate strategies to ensure the supply throughout the change process. The specific tasks are:

  • Act as Subject Matter Experts (SME) representing the planning department regarding variant planning
  • Define supply chain strategy in regulatory change projects
  • Implement and monitor defined strategy through the change process to ensure smooth transition
  • Align the variant planning process with S&OP cycle
  • Enhance and shape the end to end Variant process
  • Lead and coach project teams through the variant implementation process
  • Drive cross functional collaboration to ensure smooth transition of variant codes into the Supply Chain
  • Monitor and manage the impact of license expiry on end to end supply chain planning activity


Qualifications
  • At least 6-8 years professional work experience in supply chain, preferable in the Health Care Industry
  • Strong understanding of complex end to end processes
  • Ability to negotiate and influence without direct line authority
  • Able to present complex problems to drive decision
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Project management experience mandatory
  • Good understanding of Regulatory impacts in Medical device business
  • Strong communication in English (spoken and written), German a benefit
  • Enjoy the work in multicultural and diverse teams
