[Key Roles & Responsibilities]

  • Drive & own brand plans with objective to grow brand equity, usage, consumptions and loyalty to meet business objectives.
  • Lead business analysis and development of annual marketing plan for the assigned product/portfolio platform to grow category and shares, countering competitor activities.
  • Develop, plan & execute integrated marketing initiatives based on strong understanding of consumer and shopper insights, business opportunities and retail execution.
  • Collaborate closely with retail team to drive business to brand stores / counters with an understanding of how to improve retail metrics such as foot traffic, basket size, customer recruitment and retention rates.
  • Develop consumer communication or adaptation campaigns, including TVC, print, online, OOH, PR.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated product launches and new initiatives, including launch meetings, sales planning sessions and communication tools for sales team.
  • Through analysis on consumer, market and category trends, pricing, competition and campaigns tracking, understand opportunities and potential to strengthen future plans and initiatives.
  • Develop relevant consumer and CRM related events to drive consumer loyalty.
  • Ensure brand stores VM and overall design is in line with regional brand guidelines.
  • Manage and own A&P budget, forecasting and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments.
  • Manage 3rd party agency relationships.

  • University educated in business or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of brand and product management experience with proven track record
  • Prior experience with FCMG, premium beauty, retail and/or multi-channel are added advantage (duty free, retail stores / counters / department stores)
  • Insights driven with strong understanding of consumers’ and customers’ needs
  • Good Big Picture Orientation with attention to details
  • Analytical, team player, self-confident
  • Innovative and results oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and business acumen
  • University educated in business or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of brand and product management experience with proven track record

-        Ensure all marketing communication materials are approved by appropriate functions as per company copy review procedure

-        Support media related complaints and/or crisis

-        Ensure the execution of copy review process

-        Report significant quality event and product complaints according to related company policy and procedure
