Be Vital in this role:
You will be accountable for managing a portfolio of categories within the Foodstuffs business. This is a chance to demonstrate your proactive problem solving ability and influencing skills to help grow the business and drive performance.

As part of a dynamic and results oriented team motivated by innovative ideas and category excellence you will:

  • Hold responsibility for relevant account management and performance on designated categories/brands 
  • Build and maintain strong strategic customer relationships to accelerate growth opportunities
  • Ensure all business opportunities are negotiated and implemented to the mutual satisfaction all parties
  • Build joint business plans with customer to ensure customer and J&J objectives are understood and plans aligned to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Create and deliver exceptional category strategy meetings and category review presentations 
  • Assist Business Manager on specific projects and general account management
  • Support field team with clear execution priorities and planning tools

Be valued for who you are:
To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in an Account Management role with a large Grocery retailer (or) Experience in Account Management with a large, significant customer within the FMCG industry- Grocery channel experience preferred
  • Commercially savvy with ROI mindset and demonstrated capability
  • The ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and selling skills
  • Efficient planning and organization skills
  • Ability to be open minded to drive business improvement and/or turnaround
  • Tertiary Qualification preferred
