Summary of the job:

Account Manager’s main role is to develop collaborative customer relationships to facilitate business growth. KAM is the main contact with key account customers and is fully in charge of:

  • Account Management

  • Sales Management

  • Sales Forecasting

  • Promotional Planning & Execution

  • Business Monitoring & Reporting

  • Budgeting & Trade Spend Management

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and targets Net Sales, Gross Margin & Trade Spend for the account portfolio

  • Negotiating and settling down trade terms, signing and complying annual or periodic agreements

  • Work in partnership with brand and trade marketing to ensure development and implementation of customer strategy and achieve best-in-class account 4P targets

  • Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from a customer perspective

  • Lead customer relations at high level to ensure a healthy business development

  • Overall continuous improvement-identifying opportunities for efficiency & profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories

  • Take responsibility for providing accurate monthly and annual sales forecast for each customer


Nitelikler
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 4 years of sales/ key account management experience in an FMCG company
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resides in İstanbul
