Manufacturing Engineer
 

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing projects as a Project Leader or Project Member
  • Ensure that projects are completed in time and all deliverables (Time, Resources, Budget and Quality) are met
  • Developing project scopes and objectives (Business Case), involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and status to the management,  team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Implement new manufacturing processes and technologies
  • As a Project Member you will be responsible in creating documents such as routers, FMEA, Validation documents, inspection strategy etc.
  • Assure the knowledge transfer within and outside of the department
  • Support new products implementation projects with technical expert knowledge
  • Implementation of process improvement activities according to the Lean and Kaizen principles


Qualifications
  • University degree plus professional experience in related industry field
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain
  • Strong experience in project portfolio management and Lean Practices
  • Organizational skills, responsibility and reliability, customer orientation
  • Business fluent in German & English
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-solving Skills
  • Strong communication skills, oral and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven Leadership skills, especially of project teams
