Associate Director, OTC Planning

Lead team to achieve defined customer service level with right cost control and reasonable inventory, develop supply planning team competency focus on process thinking, people leadership, and dept management.
Responsible for end to end supply planning including imported finished goods and local manufactured from purchasing of raw material, to production planning, detailed scheduling, to logistics including customer order processing, warehouse and distribution
Plan, direct and control all supply chain operations from sourcing, supply planning, warehousing to distribution.
Drive S&OP process (rolling 18 – 24 months) and continuous improvement
Jointly determine customer requirements with Demand planning team, assess performance against those requirements and improves the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the business support services and processes.
Collaborate with Q&C associate Director and Plant Director to support customer requirements.
Establish and mange e-channel supply and inventory management
Prepare capital and expense budgets for related functional responsibilities to meet business objectives.
Manage the organization’s supply chain processes for new products, toll manufacturing and sourcing supply.
Develop the logistics policies and programs in accordance with the overall business strategy; ensure in line with corporate policies and procedures in other related areas.
Create a culture and environment that fully understand and implement the principles of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo.
Manage, develop and train people to meet competency requirements for the assigned work.
Carry out investigation for related complaint and deal with it, make investigation report including CAPA and follow up till completion.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University in pharmaceutics, engineering, finance or related discipline; MBA is preferred.
· APCIS CPIM or CSCP is must
At least eight to ten years working experience with a foreign investment enterprise having had a manager position in two functional areas such as production, materials management, engineering, and quality. Oversea experience is preferable.
· Advanced Supply Chain Management Knowledge
· Excellent communication skills and coordination at all levels.
· Ability to work independently and process-oriented.

Robust Strategic Sourcing & Commercial skills
Knowledge of technologies related to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturing and pharmaceutical industry
End to end understanding of the interdependencies of supply logistics on Operations success
Strong Knowledge of GMP, Quality Systems & EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety)
Supplier relationship development (SRM) and implementation
Superior Project Management skills (FPX, Lean)
Language proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential
