We now have a great opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Consumer business. Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for driving Clear Skin Portfolio in Northern Europe, reporting directly to Marketing Director of Baby Beauty Oral Care & Fem Care. You will be coaching and developing 3 direct reports (ABM, BM, Graduate level). Internally you will be a key partner of EMEA regional marketing team and work closely with UK commercial team.
Responsible for Clear Skin portfolio (Clean & Clear #1 in UK/I, NGA Acne #2 in the UK, Sweden)
Full accountability to deliver in year NTS/share targets and shape the Y2-Y3 plans
High profile product launches for the award-winning breakthrough NGA visibly clear light therapy acne mask and spot treatment pen.
You will launch a continued cadence of on-trend, insight-led products across the acne portfolio.
Restage and modernization NGA Acne and be an influencer co-create the model on Clean & Clear
This is a leadership role in influencing marketing capability as we seek to continue to lead in modern marketing approaches
A portfolio of brands in different states. Some with significant commercial focus and opportunities to turnaround and reshape a business or brand.
An opportunity to serve as Lead Market for EMEA
This role will be accountable for 6 countries- UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to form relationships and influence partners, lead complexity and perform effectively in a matrixed organization.
You will communicate clearly with strong impact and excel in leading teams.
Commercial understanding of P&L and financials
You will have experience of developing and activating content & communication plans, a deep understanding of the customer and the retailer requirements
Experience of developing a team, strong analytical and influencing skills and known to work as disciplined decision-maker
A can do and positive attitude and the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges
Able to analyse data quickly and infer insights to act and move forward
As a dedicated and results driven individual you will bring new ideas to the table & holds others accountable
Build a sense of urgency for direct reports and team members to meet objectives
