1. Lead a team to implement recruitment solutions across the assigned business groups, working with HR and Business/function leadership on developing strategies and drive execution to attract top employees in a high-growth environment.
2. Lead a team to implement effective customer relationship management with business functional HR Managers.
3.Develop and drive hiring plans in partnership with the business to ensure the right staffing levels and activities are implemented to support the business teams.
4.Take lead to deliver the hiring for senior and critical jobs for the assigned business/function teams. Build external networks to support direct sourcing of executive talent and reduce headhunter reliance.
5.Focus on building talent pool for the future through specialized programs and targeted sourcing channels. Build business case to increase sponsorship and funding for programs with potential to fill future skill gaps.
6.Measure and report on a regular basis, the key talent acquisition metrics that measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition activities.
7.Perform special projects and tasks as assigned.
1.Bachelor's degree with 8 years' track record of substantial talent acquisition experience;
2.Significant experience in China in relevant function; with fluency in English and Mandarin mandatory;
3.Strong personal and professional ethical values, impeccable integrity and the energy level and stamina required to meet the demands of the position;
4. Good leadership and collaboration skills;
