Payroll System Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Payroll System Integration reporting and monitoring (Workday PECI integration to SAP/euHReka)
  • Collaborate with HR partners (Global Services organization) in Issue tackling & error correction/resolution
  • Responsible for assigned tasks in payroll projects as well as payroll daily business
  • Realize productivity gains for payroll (process standardization and knowledge management)
  • Participate in SAP NGA payroll testing (related to project but also standard/operational changes)
  • Support ongoing and sustainable enhancements and optimizations within payroll
  • Participate in change- and roll-out phases of new HR systems and payroll processes
  • Point of contact for assigned internal population regarding all payroll aspects
  • Ad Hoc reporting and statistics

Who we are looking for
  • Commercial education or University degree
  • Specific education/training in payroll, social insurance and/or taxation
  • 4+ years work experience in payroll / HR
  • Strong IT skills with MS Office programs, SAP HR/PY and/or Workday work experience
  • Reliable and discreet personality, with a highly flexible approach
  • Very detail oriented and organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with peers both internally and externally without direct reporting lines
  • Advanced written and spoken English and German
