Within the UK Commercial function you will be given the autonomy and responcibilty to drive your own business from day one, regardless of your role.. Position EMEA Revenue Growth Management, Customer Development Executive

Reports to Director RGM EMEA

Department J&J Consumer, Customer Development EMEA
Position is based in office/ field Maidenhead, UK

Aim of job: Responsible for supporting the Revenue Growth Management team to deliver against the goals and objectives through the execution of the strategy. Working closely with the regional EMEA cross functional team, the Global Franchise Organizations and the Markets to execute and embed the RGM principles in the organization and systematically deliver value for J&J and our Customers ahead of the market.

Main accountabilities:
Overall responsibility to support the Regional RGM team to;
oTo prepare analysis and reporting based on standard report structure, revenue tracking, developing insights and completing ad hoc analysis
oSupport business partnering with external agencies to develop research and coordinate with internal partners to cascade the insight and learnings
oSupporting the design and planning of workshops and business development meetings to drive insight and action plan development
oSupport the implementation of cross border and Global pricing strategy
oManaging the communication and engagement between the key stakeholders across functions and specifically in the RGM Community across the EMEA markets

Tracking & Reporting
- Weekly and monthly price tracker circulation and consolidation
- Performance analysis vs. Global price guidelines
- Preparation of the ELT monthly reporting deck
- Updating the monthly value tracker report for top 7 markets

Global Franchise
- Supporting the Commercial innovation process
- Participation in some RFLT engagements

Markets
- Scheduling review meetings
- Scheduling and planning training and workshops
- Supporting the delivery of key RGM initiatives

Regional & Global RGM
- Participation in reviews and team meetings
- Scheduling review meetings
- Preparation of reports and updates

Main interfaces/collaboration:
EMEA RGM team, regional EMEA Customer Development team, Global Franchises, Markets, Finance, Global Analytics and IT
Reporting staff: N/A

Main performance measures:
-RGM targets & overall EMEA business performance
-Delivery of goals and objectives
-Timely and accurate delivery of analysis
-Interdepartmental feedback and reviews on teaming and collaboration
-Preparation of data and participation in business reviews and cross functional teams

Qualifications
University degree in Business administration or respective studies;

Experience in analytics or finance.Confident working with complex data

Strong excel skills

Skilled in Word, Excel and Power Point

Strong analytical thinking

Provide category analysis with conclusions & action steps.

Team player & strong collaboration skills.Able to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team

Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills

An aptitude for innovation

Well-structured, focused & setting clear priorities

Proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for business, and results orientation.

Fluent in English, Other European language an advantage
