In this role you will be Providing support for the Pharmaceutical Good Distribution and Compliance Responsibilities of Cilag GmbH International and administrative support to the Qualified Person.

In Zug we are looking for a part-time (70/80%)

Regulatory and Compliance administrator

  • Administration and verification of Supplier & Customers Authorizations
  • Assignment and tracking of GDP and compliance training programs provided to employees; administration of online training
  • Maintenance and Assignments of Trainings
  • Support during Audits and Inspections, tracking of follow-up activities (CAPA-Management)
  • Assistance in implementation of global procedures, policies and forms
  • Assistance in writing and revision of local procedures
  • Maintenance of quality system documentation
  • Collection and Compiling of Quality metrics supporting the quality management review
  • Participation in departmental or company projects aimed improving compliance
  • Other administrative duties as required

  • Commercial education (KV) 
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in working independently
  • Experience of working in Pharmaceutical Supply chain would be an asset
  • Previous experience in an administrative GxP-role is of advantage
  • Working experience with SAP is strongly preferred
  • Accuracy with attention to detail, handle multiple priority tasks
  • Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge (learning agility)
  • Communication skills and cultural sensitivity in working with stakeholders across the organization
  • Team player able to effectively collaborate with colleagues in matrix organization
  • Solid computer skills (e.g. MS-Office, Document/Learning Management System, Trackwise)
  • Ability to communicate in German & English
