Analyst R&D Systems
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Full time permanent contract
Role Overview: Provide business support for IT systems. Contribute to system maintenance and enhancements projects.
You will have the following areas of responsibility
  • Provide support for overall integrity of one or more R&D IT systems, and ensures business requirements are met globally.
  • Contribute to enhancement projects:  Collaborate with business, IT, CSVQA and vendor to ensure projects are completed.
  • Provide protocols and documentation for new system implementations and rollout sites.
  • Collaborate with consultants/developers/trainers, working closely with them to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Attend and participate in Business/IT Governance Meetings to evaluate all new potential and feasible upgrades/technologies for IT systems.
  • Attend and participate in User Governance Meeting to enhance cohesiveness and productivity amongst System Super Users and SMEs across sites.
  • Evaluate and contribute to training program and Global SOPs.
  • Support critical System compliance related activities (eg. Enhancements, QA/CVQA Audits, FDA Audits, Work Instructions, etc.) as required.

Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
  • Education: BS/MS with 3-5 years of experience
  • PC skills, general database knowledge is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Collaboration Skills.
  • Structured and well-organized way of work with attention to detail (Project Management skills)
  • Positive approach to work, willingness to learn new things
