Responsibility for delivery of eCapability cross sector within the Southern cluster and specifically IBERIA, driving order automation, customer adoption and continuous improvement in order to achieve the regional order automation goal for 2018/19.

Engagement with EDI Supplier partners, supporting the EMEA regional requirements from JNJ and the ongoing eCapability strategy for penetration within the region. 

Accountable for maintaining and supporting partnerships with local customer services representatives and as applicable end customers, ensuring proactive management of eCpabilities and all compliance / legislative / government / hospital / department of health requirements.

Responsible for sharing customer innovations and initiatives with the Cluster manager assisting in translating them into real solutions, working closely with the BPG’s and IT to support their development and implementation accordingly, including local adoption strategies.

Responsible for delivering initiatives on-time, on-budget

Responsible for flawless execution and project delivery in line with FPX methodology

Accountable for supporting local Customer Collaboration activities and alignment to regional / global strategies, raising awareness and driving adoption.

Any other project work as applicable.




  • eCapability:

Driving automation, adoption & customer improvements across IBERIA, understanding the customer demands and current automation metrics, identifying opportunities and scope for transitioning customers to true touchless ordering solutions

Compliance / Legislative / Governmental / Department of Health / Hospital standards


  • Customer Solutions:

Responsible for supporting the Cluster Manager in connecting local initiatives to wider regional / global strategies and projects

Implementation of customer solutions (Project Management and adoption strategy)

Responsible for flawless execution and project delivery in line with FPX methodogy

  • Excellent Stakeholder Management
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in either Spanish or Portuguese
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Expert EDI and ecommerce knowledge, include supplier relations
  • Excellent connections with local governments and legislative bodies
  • Process oriented, Data analysis & statistical skills
  • 6+ years commercial experience
