Senior Customer Development Manager

- Plan, direct and coordinate territory management activities such as implementing marketing and sales programs on a timely manner to build and grow the Company's business in designated territory assigned in Kuching, Sarawak.
- Continue rapid business development through working closely with our key customers and distributor to achieve designated territory sales target distribution and merchandising objectives.
- Leverage on in-depth understanding of retailer dynamic, shopper/consumer knowledge, merchandising opportunities, retailer promotion/events opportunities with speed and excellence.
- Manage a team of distributor secondary sales force on day-to-day operations, training, issue resolution and lead monthly team meeting.
- Support the development of effective distribution and maintain healthy inventory system in the trade.
- Degree in any discipline, minimum a 2nd Class Upper or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales track record in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
- Experienced in managing distributors
- Dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated
- Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success
- A self- starter and has a bias for actions and results
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
