Act as strategic partner for business teams and external customers
Define technology strategy and negotiate technology options with business partners
Act as a first point of contact and is the only gate for non-trivial activities to IT for business
Responsible for understanding business problem and conditions
Develop and manage business requirements
Communicate vision to developers and testers
Apply business process improvement methods to optimize business processes
 
<Duties & Responsibilities>
-Define technology strategy for business partners
-Manage business expectations and keep business aligned to business requirements
-Understand competition and how they use technology
-Oversees internal and external collaborations
-Accountable for all aspects of delivery
-Business IT interface
-Understands core internal IT products and ability to drive business value
-Drives business partners towards standard solutions
-Customer Focus & Management
-Direct collaboration with customers to enable and support strategic programs
-Continuous improvement of the IT operating model
-Business Process Improvement
-Identify process “pain points” and early improvement opportunities
-Build business case for improvement initiatives (e.g., impact, feasibility, and investment required)
-Create implementation plans for improvement initiatives including timeline, owner, and key milestones
-Business requirements management & development
-Utilize effective business analyst techniques to translate what business may want to identification of what is needed via the good use of elicitation techniques.
-Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support
-Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint
-Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required
-Is able to apply the baseline framework and context diagram to ensure all potential internal and external stakeholders are fully identified.
-Is assigned to work with the business and sprint teams to ensure support of agile stay 2-3 sprints ahead of scrum team(s) for IT sprint cycles and ensures each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter sprint.
-Documents user acceptance testing or and may assist unit testers so that definition of done for requirements are satisfied
-Writes, manages, and clarifies story points and may develop use cases for complex requirements
-Impact analysis of new releases/changes, training, maintaining systems FAQ in local language
-Day to day platform configuration management
-Report mostly on the progress of own workstream; has little oversight or responsibility over other work products
-Assist and report on user acceptance testing
-Business Process Improvement
-Is able to conduct root cause analysis for key process challenges and map core processes and relevant sub-processes

-Experience of IT space for more than 5 years preferred.
-Excellent communication skills, proficient in Japanese and English language.
-Business English skills in writing, verbal communication and presentation.
-Clear future vision of his / her career, connected to the job.
-University graduate (or higher).
