Our Medical Devices business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.

Cluster Innovation Manager

Position Description

Cluster Innovation Manager it’s all about providing the environment and tools enabling the cluster to systematically deploy disruptive and successful initiatives to continue shaping the market. It’s focused on delivering replicable short, mid and long term projects impacting both patients and customers journey.

Duties & Responsibilities

Design, deploy and maintain the Voice of Customer (VoC) platform.

With strong leadership, be a true change agent among J&J employees to do their every day job with a patient centricity mindset.

Manage the end to end budget of the innovation process.

Deploy a knowledge base management ensuring all learning from the innovation process is available.

Set the required mechanics to guarantee full internal and regulatory compliance of every process of the innovation cluster initiatives and the innovation process itself.


- Education level required:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

MBA desired.

- Years of Experience:

Minimum experience of 5 years related experience.

- Required Experience:
Proven experience in commercial position.
Proven experience in new projects design and test roles.
Proven experience in market research processes.
Multi-industry experience.
Joint venture, licensing and divestitures experience.

- Required knowledge:

Sales Force.
