  • Plan, direct and coordinate territory management activities such as implementing marketing and sales programs on a timely manner to build and grow the Company's business in designated territory assigned.
  • Continue rapid business development through working closely with our key customers and distributor to achieve designated territory sales target distribution and merchandising objectives.
  • Leverage on in-depth understanding of retailer dynamic, shopper/consumer knowledge, merchandising opportunities, retailer promotion/events opportunities with speed and excellence.
  • Manage a team of distributor secondary sales force on day-to-day operations, training, issue resolution and lead monthly team meeting.
  • Support the development of effective distribution and maintain healthy inventory system in the trade.

  • Degree in any discipline, minimum a 2nd Class Upper or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales track record in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
  • Experienced in managing distributors
  • Dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated
  • Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success
  • A self- starter and has a bias for actions and results
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
