• Identify opportunities and drive development of solutions that enhance relationships, processes, and communications resulting in optimized clinical trial delivery of the Janssen R&D Portfolio for Strategic Accounts.
• Optimized Clinical Trial Delivery includes reducing timelines, improving quality results and/or increasing the amount of Janssen R&D trials conducted with an entity.
• Identify and manage connections and communications between key stakeholders from internal Janssen groups and external entities for the Strategic Accounts.
• Create a strong level of commitment and strategic relationships between the sponsor and the Strategic Account contacts that lead to overall improvements in clinical trial delivery.
• Measure, assess and adjust strategy and tactics as needed to improve defined performance measures.
• Provide input to the company strategy for Investigator Engagement in partnership with the Investigator & Patient Engagement organization.
• Analyze and apply data to assess opportunities and priorities, including internal priorities, entity priorities, relevant marketplace trends and the competitive landscape.
• Understand local clinical trial market dynamics and links when appropriate to the Janssen commercial priorities.
• Routinely support the appropriate segmentation of investigational sites resulting in a target list of Strategic Accounts.
• Contribute to defining potential Strategic Account collaboration models in partnership with other Strategic Account Leads and Janssen business leaders.
• Utilizes foundational clinical and market expertise in various therapeutic areas and is viewed as a value-added resource to the Strategic Accounts.

•A Bachelor's Degree is required, a Masters Degree is preferred.
•Min 10 years of either relevant clinical operations, medical affairs or TA specific sales experience
•The candidate should have experience working and working in matrix team environment. Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams or initiatives.
•Experience working with external entities or 3rd parties including knowledge of contracts, relationship management and oversight of deliverables.
•Knowledge of and relationships with Strategic Accounts preferred
•Ability to understand and communicate market trends in healthcare related to the impact on the clinical trial delivery landscape across therapeutic areas.
•Knowledgeable about clinical development and clinical operations
•Knowledgeable about company priorities and values
•Knowledgeable in both business and science arenas
•Skills to identify, develop, maintain and build advocacy with strategic accounts
•Able to develop and maintain trustful, long term internal and external relationships
•Strong influencing and negotiation skills
•Agility to drive innovation and solve problems in an ambiguous environment
•Well organized, able to prioritize and be able to orchestrate matrixed teams to drive approaches to success
•Develops reports and analyses setting forth progress, roadblocks, and appropriate recommendations for project success/conclusions

•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Up to 50% travel depending on geographic location
