Role Purpose:
 
To interact with customers and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner to maintain optimum customer service standards to ensure that patients receive their medicine.
 
To resolve delivery issues and provide support throughout the team.
 
 
As a Customer Services Executive your main responsibilities will include:
 
Customer order processing
  • Process orders in a timely and accurate manner to meet our delivery cut off times and customer expectations including orders received from customers by Phone, Fax, EDI & Email
  • Create new accounts in line with Good Distribution Practice and SOP-10243.
  • Check that orders meet all criteria for exporting controlled drugs outside of the United Kingdom including a valid controlled drugs license.
  • Respond to all customer orders to ensure UK & Ireland patient demand is met
     
    Audits
  • Check that daily working practices comply with Sarbanes Oxley controls.
 
Queries and Complaint Handling
  • Answer and process telephone calls which may be:
    • Order related
    • Query related
    • Claim related (stock discrepancies, returns, free of charges)
       
  • Log all complaints on our Complaints Management System and Logistical deviations on Trackwise
 
Ad hoc projects
  • Support any existing, or new, projects which may arise that improve efficiencies and support the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal departments to collaborate on continually improving processes etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external customers.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong Listening Skills – You will be acting as the customers first point of contact.
  • Previous experience of SAP would also be advantageous but is not a prerequisite requirement.
