strategy, plan, and business decision making. Coach/train junior MSLs and
manage a small team of 1-4 for local MSL functions.
- Medical information communication
- To communicate directly
and proactively scientific information on the products within the approved
label as well as information related to the therapeutic area to KOLs and
broader external audiences, including participation in formulary discussions
- Second line support MI to
scientific queries of customers for approved products and
products/indications in development, based on Medical Information documents
e.g. literatures, safety records, scientific FAQs etc.
- To organize and moderate advisory
boards in cooperation with TA groups including TAP, TA product marketing
- To provide medical and
product training and scientific support to Sales Representatives in
coordination with Training Department as appropriate.
- To act
as a reference point to Sales Representatives for any scientific query.
- Medicinal education, medical program and actives

on IIS submission, review and feedback process
- To maintain updated medical and scientific knowledge about clinical
studies conducted within
the therapeutic areas.
- Ad hoc activities
for productive engagement alone or in cross-functional teams with key
regional external stakeholders including KOLs but also paying attention to
pharmacists, nurses, hospital administrators, government officials etc. as
business needs require.
