Our Medical Devices business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.

Call Center Analyst
Number of direct Reports: 0
Position Description

Provides on-site technical product services including install, service, and repair equipment to customer/sales group. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for executing the daily call center activities, taking customer calls, processing/logging them in the system, and communicating/assigning a Field Service Engineer for the technical service in a timely and precise manner
  • Supply and control spare parts inventories for ED
  • Create Product Complaints and Work Orders
  • Create and improve call center reports
  • Communicate to coordinators the agenda status and opportunities
  • Responsible for the tools calibrations and all needs for ED
  • Manages daily contact with customers, field service engineers and sales reps ensuring adequate communication and information flow of the customer service process
  • Maintains all records in accordance with regulatory requirements

- Education level required: Bachelor degree completed
- Years of Experience: 2 years
- Required Experience: 

          Analysis and interpretation

          Communication Skills

- Required knowledge: 

          Excel: Intermediate Level (Boards, Data Ordering, Macros) 

          Medical Devices 

- Travel percentage: 0-5%
- Language:
Spanish: Native

          English: Intermediate-Advance
