Janssen, a company of Johnson & Johnson is now looking for a new colleague to join our team as Business Intelligence & Special Projects Manager role:


Location: Bucharest

Role Overview
Business Intelligence & Special Projects Manager is responsible for supporting Oncology & Immunology therapeutic areas in leading & conducting business intelligence processes (business analytics & forecasting, market researches, salesforce effectiveness, competitive intelligence) to facilitate key business decisions and implementing & managing special projects at product/ therapeutic area/ company level according with CVT (country value team) strategy, in order to support CVT in achievement of brand goals and grow the business in line with the company goals.
Core member in CVT structure.

Main responsibilities will include:
Business Intelligence support:
- Business Analytics & Forecasting:
o Provides actionable recommendations by conducting in depth business analyses/reports for CVTs in scope and for relevant stakeholders (sales, marketing, commercial, supply, finance, etc). Uses all relevant internal (e.g. CRM/iQlik, digital, finance) and external (e.g. IMS) data sources to achieve optimal results
o Owner of local business dashboards/ key contributor in regional business dashboards
o Contributes to the forecasting activities
o Key contributor for all financial exercises thought the year
- Market Researches:
o Leads and coordinates local market researches for brand(s) of responsibility and analyses data to gain customer insights
o Facilitates OpCo participation in EMEA conducted market researches
o Identifies and explores new methodologies/techniques for different types of market researches, to maximize market insights
o Supports CVTs in developing actions/KPIs to increase customer/ brand loyalty
- Salesforce Effectiveness:
o Identifies key correlations between sales activities and sales results
o Identifies and measures productivity indicators
o Incentive plan execution – preparation support and target & bonus calculation
o Plan of Action strategic & tactical planning & monitoring
- Competitive Intelligence:
o Gathers, tracks, analyses and synthetizes competitors’ information, data and strategy, within legal & HCBI requirements, to drive growth and enhance business strategy

Special Projects support:
- Works closely with the CVTs on developing disease and patient pathways, subsequent value pools, value pools prioritization and developing related added-value projects
- Support CVTs in developing and implementing various patient support programs
- Leverages experiences and practices between different patient support programs
- Manages other strategic initiatives and projects as defined by senior management that will be disseminated and have impact in the whole local organization

- PIMS responsible person
- iConnect administrator backup


Our Requirements:
- Very strong analytical mindset and capabilities
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- CRM operating knowledge/experience
- Relevant working experience (IT/technical experience etc) of 5 yrs – desirable
- Ability to understand complex and detailed business processes and articulate them clearly and simply to the wider organisation
- Demonstrated understanding of the use of broad digital and customer insights space and how this supports organisation wide / multi-functional strategic objectives
- Flexibility, fast adaptation, openness and pro-activity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, priorities and complex systems simultaneously
- Matrix environment and virtual team collaboration experience welcomed
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
