HR ADVISOR with Czech & English

Location: Prague

Full time permanent contract


We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR Services team. We are seeking for enthusiastic and proactive team player, who would like to work in open minded and friendly HR Services team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of HR employee database
  • Processing of employment related requests and questions
  • Record (employee files) management as per legal or company requirements
  • Data administration related to following HR processes:
    • Onboarding of new employees
    • Personal Data Changes
    • Maternity and parental leaves
    • Benefits
    • Job and Compensation Changes
    • Terminations
  • Preparation of employment contracts and other HR documents, such as termination letters or contract amendments
  • Simplification and harmonization of HR processes Creation of process documentation
  • Training of new joiners
  • Communication with external vendors (e.g. medical provider, life insurance provider, benefits provider etc.)
  • Creation of purchase orders


Qualifications
  • Native Czech and fluent in English; knowledge of Slovak is an advantage 
  • Min 1 year of experience in customer service or a shared service center 
  • Experience in HR is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Workday or any CRM system is an advantage 
  • Professional communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and ability to learn fast 
  • Stress resistance
  • Can do attitude and Drive for continuous improvement
  • Attention to detail
