【Vision Care】Associate Manager, Strategic Promotion Planning

Responsible for realizing ACUVUE® / best contact lens usage, purchase experience of OMNI channel for respective consumers and shoppers, in order to enhance new demand generation, to switch in competitive users, and to avoid drop-out from category, the brand.
Develop, institute, deliver, and track most effective, efficient OMNI channel promotions by partnering with respective internal, external stakeholders.
Propose future business growth ideas based on the understanding of consumer / shopper behavior x channel characteristics.
Defines by-channel x by-life stage based ACUVUE® experience having supervision, support from manager and other departments.
Develops and executes trade and project specific promotional activities and programs that deliver against short-term and long-term objectives.
Identifies and tracks KPIs of the activities and programs. Quickly assess areas of acceleration or improvements to deliver the results through daily, weekly, monthly based PDCA cycle.
Manages promotional activity expenses and resources to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
Leads promotional review of the marketplace to identify learnings and recommendations at each product level (For example, product number, brand, or category).
Leads development of new promotion, scheme in order to keep gaining marketing edge, advantage ahead of competitions, leveraging our own channel (Flagship and AOS ) as test fields.
Consumer / Shopper communication across channel by collaborating with respective departments.
Timely report of promotion KPI, KSF by collaborating with customer communication.
Input on SG2, development and delivery of SG2.5-5 of respective projects.
Promotion planning for specific customers and accounts listed below would be led by customized promotion team, while 2 teams would collaborate and work closely.

Experience of marketing / trade relations for more than 3 years preferred.
Business English skills in writing, verbal communication and presentation.

University graduate (or higher).
