- Supervise, motivate & manage sales force.
- Leads and drives the sales coaching and training plans along with the Sales Manager & Field Sales trainer.
- Leads recruitment processes in alignment with BU Lead
- Retains and develops high performers and high potentials within the Sales Force
- Follows the definition and implementation of improvement plans.
- A&P budget management ensuring expenses stay within budget
- SG&A budget management ensuring expenses stay within budget
- Guarantees as well the right allocation and control of other expenses such as: Samples, Deposits, POLOs, etc
- Plays a key leadership role in the BU “Management Team”
- Collaborates in shaping the annual strategy of the BU and recommends local implementation for the assigned area.
- Meets or exceeds established sales goals through the execution of the agreed annual strategies & priorities
- Owns direct relationship with clinical KOLs and key non-clinical stakeholders within the region
- Responsible for the best execution on negotiations and tenders management, in close collaboration with support functions
- Shaping, recommendation and implementation of local plans in alignment with country strategy and Franchise Lead.
- Deployment and assignment by territory of the Area sales quotas/targets in alignment with Franchise Lead
- Collaborates in recommending and shaping of Pricing Strategy in alignment with Franchise Lead and other support functions
- Monitoring & Analysis of execution
- Distributors and sales agents management (inventory , contracts , FCPA compliance)
- Previous experience in team management as a Sales Supervisor or Sales Lead is required
- University Degree
