Johnson & Johnson Santé Beauté France is recruiting for an EMEA Regulatory Affairs Specialist M/F (6-month contract) with primary location Val De Reuil, France.
Ensuring that all products and related activities for J&J consumer group are within the regulatory framework thanks to anticipation, understanding, informing, management of complex situations and application of original solutions while respecting J&J values.
This mission is part of one or several defined brands, in its field of competence from early product development to commercialization, at regional level (EAME) depending on brand size.
Cosmetic Product Registration:
Partner and support of R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, WW Affiliates Company/Distributors, Manufacturing Sites, before and throughout product development up to commercialization to ensure the successful delivery of registration support to affiliates and distributors so that they can obtain the product registration for launch. Continued support post-launch for registration maintenance.
Centralizes the registration documentation preparation and ensures only relevant, compliant and validated documents are issued to the local affiliates by working in close collaboration with the regulatory brand manager, manufacturing sites and other J&J departments.
Ensures regulatory monitoring on topics relating to cosmetic product registration are maintained and tools updated to support launch plans working in close collaboration with local regulatory. Supports local regulatory in registration hurdles or challenges by authorities, and regulatory brand managers to assess registration feasibility.
There is a sufficient level of autonomy that allows to manage projects/requests. For more complex or strategic projects/requests, consultation with manager is necessary.
- Secondary academic diploma in related fields
- 1 to 5 years of experience within Regulatory Affairs for Cosmetics
- Fluency in English
