CEE Multichannel Manager
 
The CEE Multichannel Manager is responsible for the implementation of a multichannel marketing strategy in alignment with overall CEE Multichannel Strategy in order to achieve highest Customer Loyalty performance. He/she is responsible for overall management of the Multichannel and Digital Marketing activities to support all CEE countries and grow the business in line with the company goals.

·Local: Board Members, Sales and Marketing, Finance, HCBI Officer, Business IT Manager

·Regional: Counterparts in CEE / CE

·Global: EMEA Digital Strategy Manager

 
Responsibilities and duties:
  • Project management and development / implementation of CEE strategical channels like: Eloqua, Approved Emails, Janssen.TV, JanssenMed, Janssen4Patients, eDetail, SMS, in line with CEE MC Strategy
  • Full support on central level for all activities regarding to strategical channels with focus on CE region, in line with dedicated processes
  • Support for EMEA projects implementation in CEE region regarding to digital channels
  • Project management for central promotional activities to support local markets (online and offline)
  • Planning, verification and adaptation of resources according to short-term and long-term multichannel strategy (budget, project plans, external vendors)
  • Act as subject matter expert on multichannel marketing towards the CVTs (Country Value Team) or HUBs, suggesting the right channels/activities to engage with specific stakeholder groups, acting upon specific behavioral objectives, consulting, executing & delivering
  • Drive web-based customer experience & service initiatives above brand level
  • Quality assurance and process flow maintenance with dedicated digital agency on HUB and local level
  • Develop partnerships with right 3rd parties to increase Janssen brands footprint on the web to extend the reach to our resources and content
  • Contribute to the promotion of the strategy and multichannel initiatives in CEE/EMEA
  • Link between OpCo/HUB and CEE Multichannel Team
  • Facilitate proactive interaction and sharing of good practice in CE / CEE / EMEA
  • Monitoring e-market and competitor e-trends to evaluate Janssen business opportunities (Competitive Intelligence)

Qualifications
  • Education: University / Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, preferably in a relevant business-related discipline (marketing/e-marketing/digital marketing)
  • Experienced in: e-Marketing (min. 4 years), experience in online marketing with a proven track record in developing effective digital strategies and delivering successful online campaigns, experience in cross country projects deployment
  • Abilities/ Skills:
    • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
    • Self-motivated, innovative with an inspiring personality
    • Strong analytical, communicational and planning skills oriented towards delivering business results
    • Highly developed presentational and organizational skills
    • Multichannel/digital analytics
    • Strong Project Management skills
    • Areas of expertise should include one or more of the following:
      • Development of online platforms
      • Marketing Automation
      • Mobile Solutions
      • Content Management, SEO, SEM
      • Social Media campaigns
      • Online transmissions (webinars)
    • Flexibility, fast adaptation, openness and pro-activity
    • Ability to work under pressure, in the environment of high expectations
    • Decision-maker
 
Location and mobility: 80% local office based / 20 % travels
