1. Responsible for vision and priorities of China Sales IT capabilities platform
2. Strategic Portfolio Management for commercial business process innovation: Participates in business planning, analysis, needs analysis and business risk assessment, and consults with business partners to shape portfolio demand and determine how to best support the business through the effective use of IT technology in commercial sector (Sales). Interfaces with other IT parties and manage strategic relationships with partners (who may be IT or the business) by representing and promoting business needs and IT capabilities.
3. IT Risk Assurance: Ensures that the Sales IT solutions landscape complies with Worldwide Compliance, Local regulatory and Information Security standards.


•Set a clear vision for the product and is responsible for multi-generation product strategy
•Maximize ROI by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business value
•Drive data driven decision making and visualization in the Commercial organization

Business Product/Process Owner IT interface
•Primary IT interface with the China Customer Development business for Sales capabilities such as TPx, SFA, DMS, eCommerce, etc.
•Understand the business needs and priorities from the Sales Product
•Implement Agile methodology and Lean Thinking Design
•Negotiate with the business to see what items (story points) are built and which are backlogged based on capacity
•Accountable for the development work getting done correctly
•Overall accountability for Application Life Cycle Management

Business Requirements analysis
•Develops acceptance criteria
•Understand development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements

Program Oversight
•Tracks progress of product development in the context of the larger program (scrum master owns day to day burn down charts)
•Reports back to the business on status on the delivery of features, functionality, and applications;
•Closely with Application Service to report the performance of applications belonging to the product line
•Ensure each application has the right ‘TAO’ in CMDB
•Has a combination of global and regional accountability depending on product line scope

Business/Technology Application Ownership (‘TAO’ role in CMDB)
•Maintain solid business understanding of entire application landscape, and be the DRI for all business and technical aspects of the application
•Financials: tracks all costs related to application, and has full understanding of application cost transparency
•Partner with business owner to ensure the SLA is met
•Overall accountability of Beyond program for the application ( DRI, virtualization, application rationalization, etc. )
•Overall accountability to execute application lifecycle management plan for each application they are responsible
•Coordinate application testing , documentation activities
•Review and approve changes to the applications they are responsible for
•Closely work with Enterprise architect team to implement application roadmap
•CMDB management :Complete / correct inventory of applications available for architecture analysis and project planning; enable accurate and timely service management; support SACM CMDB Data Quality efforts.


Posseses a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related courses

Professional Experience:
•At least 5 years IT experience, preferably in a multinational FMCG company with at least 3 years comemrical IT experience
•Strong Commerical IT business processes and technology expertise
•Senior Stakeholder Management Experience
•Remote environment work experience
•Commercial operation experience is preferred
