Senior Service Delivery and Benefits Compliance Specialist

Position Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring effective service delivery of benefits services across Europe-Middle East-Africa region (EMEA). At the same time this role is responsible for implementing and running effective compliance controls of benefits delivery in EMEA region.
You will be part of the EMEA Global Services Total Rewards team that is committed to deliver a wide variety of benefits plans and programs across EMEA that span multiple countries and various service providers. The objective is to ensure compliance with the Company’s benefit plans, programs and policies, as well as excellent quality of service delivered by our benefit providers to our employees.
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Adopt and implement globally defined processes, audits and controls of benefits delivery to ensure EMEA meets all compliance requirements
  • Develop performance measures and reviews to track performance of benefit providers and identify opportunities for improvements;
  • Support internal and external audit, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Security & Privacy projects in accordance with Company internal audit and organizational methodology;
  • Actively engage in the process of continuously improving benefits service delivery, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
  • Cooperate with large scale of internal as well as external stakeholders – you are expected to manage quality of service delivery of benefits providers
  • Participate in large scale projects, work with data, identify trends, assist in developing and implementing solutions, and provide recommendations and reporting;
  • Assist with the vendor selection process and implementation of designated third-party programs, products or services;
  • As necessary, provide support to country benefit delivery

We are looking for a new team member to join our Total Rewards team on newly created role. We are looking for you if you have these experiences and personal characteristics:
  • Experience equivalent to at least 5 years in at least one of these areas:
  • Vendor management and process improvement in the area of benefits;
  • Implementation or on-going management of vendor audits and controls;
  • Internal audit and compliance concepts and procedures;
  • Knowledge of benefits environment/delivery is strongly preferred;
  • Experience in working with 3rd party vendors and benefits brokers;
  • Fluent in English spoken and written
  • Able to quickly grasp process gaps and issues and propose solutions;
  • Strong communication skill set, with ability to work with internal and external business partners at all levels.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and influencing skill set, with ability to manage relationships with third party vendors to implement process improvements and compliance controls.
  • Proficient with using datasets, Excel, etc. with proven ability to use analytics for insights and decision making;
  • Able to work independently and hold responsibility for your scope of work
