We have an immediate opening for a


Sales Controller (m/f) Switzerland & Austria



o   Full responsibility for Sales Controlling Switzerland ($55MM) and Austria ($60MM) - focus of sales controlling:

§  Analysis and follow-up of Actual vs. Budget performance of the Gross to Net (GtN) spendings

§  Support and challenge commercial teams to enhance trade term efficiencies

§  NTS forecasting and actual vs. budget analysis

§  GP analysis

§  Business partner to Swiss and Austrian Sales department

§  Perform financial evaluations of investment plans and business cases, ensure financial transparency and mitigation of risks

o   Direct business partnering with Alpine Commercial Director, CE Finance Director as well as Business Services COE & Shared Service Center in UK, Sales Operations and Alpine Commercial team

o   Finance leadership of ad hoc projects in Alpine region (e.g. CIW project, Perfect Store project, Distribution optimization analysis)

  • University Degree in Business/Economics or similar (University/University of Applied Sciences)
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in a business oriented Finance function, preferably in Sales Controlling in FMCG or OTC sector
  • Strong leadership skills – ability to influence business partners at all levels within the company and ensure financial priorities and constraints are clearly understood and adhered to.
  • Superior technical & analytical skills – ability to quickly analyze complex financial problems, identify innovative solutions and explain these to a non-finance audience in an easy to understand way
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills and eagerness to take initiative
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Stress resistant – ability to work under time pressure and to deal with multiple priorities that require ongoing prioritization
  • Skilled use of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Self-starter, high degree of initiative and strong commitment to optimizing business processes on a continual basis
  • Strong sense of engagement and motivation
