Planning Analyst Supply Chain 

 

As part of the global Trauma Demand Planning Team you support the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process and act as interface between Marketing & Sales and the Supply Network Planning Team. 
We are looking to import talent into the organization for an 18 months contract.

Responsibilities
 
  • Manage Product Lifecycle, collect and validate Market Intelligence, coordination with other functions
  • Support global Launch Forecasts for New Product Introductions considering market analysis, cannibalization, and align with Regional Planning teams.
  • Gather and understand market intelligence and incorporate impacts in the demand forecast
  • Review statistical forecast and adjust
  • Analyze consensus forecast changes and participate in demand review and supply handover processes
  • Measure, track & report forecast accuracy and drive corrective actions for improved outputs
  • Continuous improvements of processes in order to increase the performance towards our end customers


Qualifications

Your profile

 
  • At least 2-4 years professional work experience in the supply chain area
  • Higher education or equivalent further education (example APICS certification)
  • Excellent planning skills and a structured and independent way of working
  • Understanding of forecasting techniques
  • Strong team-player with cross-departmental thinking
  • Ability to adjust your communication towards different stakeholders
  • Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP), experience with Advanced Planning Systems is preferred, 
    strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent in English (spoken and written), German a benefit
