Ø  Manage and coordinate development and implementation of JNJ 3PL DC EHS management system to value business development and take care DC site compliant with JNJ 3PL EHS standards and local regulations

Ø  Monitor and communicate regulatory developments with the potential to impact business and operating activities to ensure China CLS business is consistent with Chinese regulatory requirements and internationally-recognized practices

Ø  Advocate and lobby EHS matters in local authorities

Ø  Drive and ensure that JNJ 3PL DC assessments/audits are implemented

Ø  Support on incident/accident investigations and ensures prevention measures are developed and tracked

Ø  Identify annual EHS training needs , facilitate and/or provide training sessions to China JNJ CLS and 3PL employees

Ø  Provides support on EHS government permitting process such as JJMS business permit on hazardous chemicals, DC fire permitting and environment acceptance and safety standardization certificate etc.

Ø  Ensure that emergency response plan reviews are conducted as scheduled around China DC sites.

Ø  Manage China site EHS risk profiles

Ø  Periodical EHS KPI collection and reporting

Ø  CLS product stewardship including SDS acquiring

Ø  CLS related project support based on JNJ corporate EHS standard and local compliance

Ø  JJMS waste physical write-off process control based on JNJ and local regulatory requirements including waste classification, on-site sorting, write-off date confirmation and vendor auditing

Ø  DG transportation related risk remediation

Ø  Support sites to understand FM suggested corrections.
