【Position Summary】
  • Play an important role of creating business model and lead the project by engaging brand target consumer via credible influencer, such as HCP, for respective J&J consumer brand.
  • Identify KOLs and enable credible influencers to recommend J&J brands more strongly, more frequently
【Role Duty & Responsibilities】
Identify Target Influencer
  • Identify the effective moment which influences on target consumers
  • Identify credible influencers and strategy how they can influence on target consumers
  • Develop the loyalty building plan by leveraging KOLs who have influence on professionals and consumers
Professional Marketing Deployment
  • Develop the influence plan which meets business objective and align w/ brand team
  • Take perspectives/input from Brand Team and externals to meet Brand needs.
  • Set KPI and track it for ROI optimization. Develop the tracking method and align w/ GSI and Brand Team.
  • Set KPI and strategies to external executers (e.g. 3rd party, distributer and cross functional team)
  • Develop the scientific activities (e.g. medical association) to meet Brand's business needs
Contribution on Communication
  • Bring business contribution via networking w/ HCPs and scientific expertise (e.g. PR KOL introduction, CDD customer HCP scientific story)
Professional Sales Channel Management
  • Develop professional sales channel strategy and execute it.

  • Experience in FMCG industry, Brand Marketing or Trade Marketing 3+ years
  • and/or Experience in medical industry, Brand Marketing or scientific engagement more than 3+ years
  • and/or Experience in medical industry, in KOL engagement is preferable

  • CONNECT: Identify consumer/influencer insight and unmet needs and level edge it to Professional Marketing plan for responsible brands
  • SHAPE: Lead all the executions for Professional Marketing plan for responsible brands by envisioning/engaging JPLT, Regional teams and cross functional teams.
  • LEAD: Take ownership for self/others a team's growth. Deliver the result by including diverse value. Get approval from key stakeholders such as JPLT and APAC Region/NEA Cluster.
  • DELIVER: Take ownership to the business result by driving all the stakeholders
