National Sales Lead
Reports to: National Sales Leader Mexico - DePuySynthes
Number of direct Reports: 5

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, implementing and ensuring the right commercial strategies and execution plans are in place to achieve Mitek´s National sales objectives in Mexico.
Manages and supervises sales at a national level. Manages a team of sales executives for Mitek Sports Medicine, monitoring sales progress and performance review. Responsible for executing new product launches, establishing a surgeon relationship agenda to further the Mitek brand and its adoption. Supports national training activities. Ensures multi segment (Private & Public), Multi channel (Direct, Indirect) winning business model that anticipates customer´s needs to better serve surgeons and patients
- Education level required: Bachelor Degree
- Years of Experience: at least 5 years in the sports medicine space
- Required knowledge: Medical devices industry know how, orthopaedic and sports medicine pathology and devices experience preferred.
- Required Experience: Sales and Medical Devices Industry experience is a must. Sports medicine experience preferred.
- Travel Countrywide 35%
- Fluent English
