【Finance】GS Compliance Manager

Global Services (Compliance) Managers will focus on advising the functions of Johnson & Johnson, driving a strong financial internal control environment throughout end-to-end processes. Promoting a culture of compliance across the business, ensuring that everyone is clear on their complianceresponsibility.
•Support compliance by providing guidance and leadership to business process owners, to create and maintain a strong internal control environment, including the required documentation, and that policies and procedures are aligned with latest Corporate SOX & WWP requirements.
•Assess financial and business risks associated with the control environment, help design and implementation of internal controls, and make recommendations for continuous process improvements.
•Coordinate audit planning and execution for internal audits. Manage relationships with business partners, internal audit team, and external auditors to ensure that audit requirements are successfully met.
•Manage user access and segregation of duties processes for specific systems.
•Manage due diligence activities on transitions and process changes.
•Develop SOX 404 plans, including testing and monitoring, where embedded audit programs are not in place.
•Partner with the Global Compliance Team in driving consistency and standardization of controls and processes, as it relates to J&J’s end state model.
•Ensure full alignment with management & create strong business partnerships between all stakeholders, promoting the end-to-end approach.
•Develop and retain Johnson & Johnson business knowledge within the team (training, knowledge sharing, etc.)
•Monitor resource utilization and manage resource allocation across the region, including identifying changes to long term resource needs and implementing necessary actions.
•Drive collaboration and change (within and outside GS organization). Provide management and direction for individual leadersthrough developmental guidance and performance evaluation, ensuring team effectiveness and efficient performance.
•Actively coach others and identify or create developmental or stretch assignments into other specialty areas, business units,sectors, and/or geographies.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORKEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
