Responsible for managing a sales staff in the achievement of MD&D product sales to new and established Specialty accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. Manages the development and servicing of specialty accounts to achieve business sales. Reports sales results against forecasts to senior management as well as any adjustments made to business plans to ensure objectives are met. Establishes incentive plan parameters and sales goals. Recommends ad hoc plans and contests. Develops and monitors departmental budget. Ensures expenses stay within budget. Reviews and approves quota and account assignment. Monitors progress and verifies corrective action has been initiated when necessary. Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans. Resolves difficult problems and customer complaints.
Bachelor degree is a must, medical degree a plus
Medical/pharmaceutical sales & marketing experience 3-5 years
Product management experience for pharmaceutical complex portfolio strongly preferred
Strong execution skills with meticulous planning
Outstanding capability on presentation and communication.
Strong team player, ability to influence fellow marketers and sales team
KOL development and management skills a plus
Good skill on spoken and written English
Multi-task management skills
Frequent travel required
