  • Category Expert within channels (4 P's).
  • Ownership of Customer/channel specific promotions.
  • Key contact point of channel and brand.
  • Translate brand strategy to category strategy by channels.
  • Identify business opportunities - category & channel.
  • Drive Category Management initiatives for key customers who are ready and willing.
  • Develop key customer/channel programs & evaluate of customer / channel specific promotions.
  • New product launch: develop, communicate and manage the budget for trade plans (tier 2) / develop trade presenter (owner) - Budget will be allocated upfront (owner).
  • Translate brand's merchandising strategy by channel.
  • Tracking of merchandising hardware efficiency.
  • Develop distribution strategy by channel.
  • Action plan on customer/channel specific competitive activities (non-permanent).

  • Bachelor's degree minimum a 2nd Class Upper or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales track record in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
  • Dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated
  • Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success
  • A self-starter and has a bias for actions and results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
