Basic tasks:

·        Support the Logistics Manager in his administrative tasks

·        Support the Logistics Manager in the detection of needs, the implementation and the follow-up of new processes for the warehouse

·        Manage links with different departments on-site or externally

·        Management of Key Performance Indicators and other stock and movements analysis

 

Basic tasks as project Leader:

·        Plans a project from A to Z (reference, scope of the project / content, objectives / results,)

·        Projects tasks, effort / costs / budget / control, deadlines / milestones,

·        Influences, Project Organization / Scram, Information / Communication)

·        Communication / progress monitoring with reporting

·        Solves problems and recognize risks (early detection of problems, development of Possible solutions, implementation of these measures)

·        Creates of feasibility assessments and clarifications

·        Ensures that the processes necessary to comply with various requirements (e.g. ISO, FDA, TÜV specifications) are met

·        Projects coordination with third party suppliers and external partners / consultants

·        Coordinates of various projects (project portfolio)

·        Creates project completion reports

       ·        Knows and follows the guidelines regarding the Code of Conduct, Ethics and Compliance Programs and other relevant regulations



Qualifications

Education / background skills:

  • University/Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Language (English) fluent, (French) fluent
  • Knowledge of ERP system (SAP) + IT tools + logistics process and related procedures – very good
  • Knowledge in Leading Projects – good
  • Knowledge in supporting Projects – very good

 

Complementary education:

Specific training in project management - great advantage
