The Consumer sector of Johnson & Johnson is now looking for an experiences Senior Customer Development Manager:

Roles overview:
Senior Customer Development Manager is accountable for consistently achieving demanding overall sales, profit and cash generation goals in the assigned market.
As Senior Customer Development Manager, your tasks will be primarily to:
  • Recommend, develop and implement sales and distribution plans that deliver the required cash generating, profitable growth in the assigned customers through:
    • Distributor KA management:
      • Overseeing KA management activities, including development of distribution, assortment and display strategies, sales management and reporting procedures
      • Directing and monitoring distributor’s sales efforts for the key customers
      • Reviewing business results in the key customers and adjusting plans with distributor
      • Tracking trade terms and margins
      • Developing KA trade marketing plan in coordination with Business development manager and trade marketing manager at distributor
    • Develop and update sales forecasts for the key customers
    • Monitoring sales plans and adjusting activities and budget spending at the key customers
    • Planning and execution of trade and consumer promotions incl. budget tracking at the key customers
    • Implementing successful initiatives across the region i.e. best practice sharing

Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
  • Prior sales experience required (minimum of 5 - 6 years)
  • Acquired university degree (preferably in Economic/Business)
  • Fluent level of English (both written and spoken), native level of Romanian
  • Sound commercial knowledge and experience matched with sense of urgency
  • Solid understanding of business strategies and with appropriate analytical skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build professional credibility
  • High ethical standards, adaptable, curious and entrepreneurial
